The Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) has chosen LGAN to evaluate their Pilot Programs for Enhanced Public Defense Services
OPD has three pilot courts across the state that have been provided with additional funds and consultation to improve the legal services provided to the indigent. LGAN is analyzing court and attorney records to determine the effectiveness of the pilots in three areas: attorney caseload, access to legal representation and the quality of public defense services.
